I get a lot of junk mail, and would like to purchase a quality paper shredder that could shred through an envelope filled with junk mail.

I had a paper jam, took it apart, removed the paper and put it back together , but now it runs, but won't shred.?????

I am referring to the professional paper shredder Cheney uses at the vice presidential home in Washington. A lot of the executive documents are misteriously disappearing nowadays so Cheney must have a professional grade paper shredder.
